The National Park Service (NPS) invites the public to an Evening on the Summit Program featuring Dr. James Christy. The event is free and will be held at the Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site Visitor Center theater. The program is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, at 7 p.m.
The program will be presented by park volunteer Jim Effinger. The Evening on the Summit is a series of programs that aim to educate and engage the public about various topics related to the National Park Service and its historic sites.
