The upgrades will temporarily affect visitor services in the Big Meadows area. While the Park and its partners are working to minimize disruption, visitors should be prepared for potential changes to amenities and services during the upgrade period. The Park has not released a timeline for the completion of the project.

The Park encourages visitors to check the Shenandoah National Park website for updates regarding the progress of the project and any potential impacts on visitor services. This initiative is part of the Park’s ongoing commitment to improving its facilities and services for visitors.
