Marking a 200th Anniversary Milestone with Kid-Friendly Presidents’ Day Activities

The National Park Service is inviting the public to commemorate the 200th anniversary of John Quincy Adams’ inauguration as the sixth President of the United States. The milestone will be marked with a series of kid-friendly activities during the Presidents’ Day and the February school vacation week of 2025.

The activities are designed to engage children in learning about the life and legacy of Adams, who served as president from 1825 to 1829.
