National Park Service Approves Roswell Historic Gateway and Vickery Creek Unit Improvements in Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area

The National Park Service (NPS) has given the green light for enhancements to the Roswell Historic Gateway and Vickery Creek Unit in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. The approval came on January 9, 2026, following the signing of a Finding of No Significant Impact and a Floodplain and Wetlands Statement of Finding. These documents are integral to the Environmental Assessment of the proposed improvements.
