Grand Teton National Park, in collaboration with the Grand Teton National Park Foundation, has announced the successful completion of their multi-year Snake River Gateways project. This initiative has transformed three of the most frequented access points along the Snake River, including Moose Landing, Pacific Creek Landing, and Jackson Lake Dam.
The Snake River Gateways project aimed to enhance visitor experience and safety, as well as protect the river’s natural resources. These improvements were made possible through a partnership between the National Park Service and the Grand Teton National Park Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the park’s preservation and educational efforts.
The completion of the Snake River Gateways project marks a significant achievement for both the Grand Teton National Park and the Grand Teton National Park Foundation. As a result, visitors can now look forward to an improved and more sustainable experience while exploring the natural beauty of the Snake River.
