Evening on the Summit: The Main Line Canal and Underground Railroad

The National Park Service has announced the final installment of its “Evening on the Summit” series for this season, which is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, at 7:00 p.m. The event will feature Barbara Zaborowski, Dean of Library Services and Special Projects at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, as the guest speaker. Zaborowski will focus on the role of the Main Line Canal in aiding the activities of the Underground Railroad.
