New Secretary’s Order Strengthens Outdoor Access and Recreation

The Department of the Interior has announced Secretary’s Order 3442, which will guide the implementation of the Land and Water Conservation Fund. This is accompanied by a significant allocation of $437,377,607 from the program to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. This move is in line with President Donald J.
