The Hawk Watch Program is an annual event that invites volunteers to help monitor and track the hawk population within the park. These efforts contribute to national and international databases and assist in the conservation of these magnificent birds. The training sessions will equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify different hawk species and record crucial data.

Those interested in volunteering can find more information and register for the training sessions via the official Glacier National Park website. Participation in the Hawk Watch Program not only offers a unique opportunity to contribute to conservation efforts but also provides a chance to learn more about the park’s rich biodiversity.
