Blue Ridge Parkway Announces Concession Opportunity at Mabry Mill Restaurant

The National Park Service (NPS) has announced an opportunity for a concession contract at Mabry Mill, located at milepost 176 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The contract offers a business opportunity to provide food, beverage, and retail services in the restaurant and gift shop adjacent to the historic mill. This opportunity is detailed in a newly released prospectus document.

The services under the new contract are expected to start from January 1, 2026, and will last for a term of 10 years. This long-term contract is an opportunity for businesses to contribute to the visitor experience at one of the most photographed locations on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
