The National Park Service has announced that Railfest 2025 will be held from August 29 to 31 in Scranton. This event is set to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the steam locomotive Grand Trunk Western No. 6039, as well as the 30th anniversary of the public opening of Steamtown.
