The Abó Unit, known for its rich cultural and historical significance, is a popular destination for tourists and historians alike. The Church and Convento are among the most visited sites within the unit. The interpretive trail provides visitors with an immersive experience, offering insights into the area’s past.

The National Park Service has not disclosed the specific reasons for the assessment.
