Reconstructed fort at Bent’s Old Fort National Historic Site to open for guided tours

Bent’s Old Fort National Historic Site has announced the commencement of park ranger-led tours of its reconstructed fort starting Saturday, May 24, 2025. The guided tours will be available throughout the summer of 2025.

The tours will take place at 9 and 11 a.m. on Saturdays, and at 11 a.m. on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each tour is expected to last approximately 75 minutes. The starting point for the tours will be the visitor parking orientation shelter.

Due to capacity constraints, each tour will be limited to twenty-five participants. Visitors interested in exploring this historic site are encouraged to plan their visit accordingly. For more information, visit the National Park Service’s website.
